Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai‘i, Kayla is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to creating therapeutic and restorative experiences that support both physical and emotional well-being. Her passion for bodywork began at a young age through fitness and movement, often going to the gym with her dad and developing a deep appreciation for the body and how it functions. She always knew she wanted to pursue work centered around health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

Working out and movement have remained an important part of Kayla’s life, shaping her understanding of recovery, balance, and integrated wellness. Her approach combines intuitive touch with targeted therapeutic techniques to help clients relieve tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies.
