Pursuing a higher level of wellness for herself and others led Rachel Radwick, proprietor of Rachel’s Table and R&R Esthetics, to begin her life’s work in esthetics and massage therapy. Rachel grew up roaming the forests and prairies of the family ranchland in Northern Idaho and learned at an early age to appreciate the value of spending time in nature and the abundance of gifts found there.
Over the years, Rachel has traveled extensively throughout the world. A humanitarian mission trip to Madagascar, which hosts one of the world’s greatest ecosystems, deepened her appreciation of botanicals and their healing potential. Following this trip, she went to Grasse, France, and took a class on blending essential oils to aid in health and well-being. Rachel continues to travel and broaden her understanding of the world’s herbs and botanicals and the ways in which the unique properties of plants are utilized and incorporated into skincare.
At the turn of the century, Rachel focused her passion into formal training. She was licensed by the state of Hawaii in 2001 for esthetics and in 2008 for massage therapy, She has since been using her skills and education to serve her clients. After a year of working in a salon and at coastal resorts, Rachel opened her own practice here in Holualoa at Malama I Ka Ola in January 2003 and has come to specialize in four specific modalities.
