Yoga Class Descriptions

  • An inward journey. Experience and cultivate the balance between sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) in your asanas. The first half of the class develops strength, flexibility and alignment. The second half is dedicated to a supportive practice of surrendering the effort and allowing the body to release to the body's wisdom.

  • Through proper alignment, learn how to balance strength and flexibility in all your asanas. With Radhe's encouragement, learn how to cultivate the confidence of what is best for your body. As one of her student's said "Just because you don't look a certain way doesn't mean you aren't doing it correctly". Experience in depth cueing, core strengthening and spinal alignment in all of your postures. Using the power of the breath, find the steadiness(sthira) and grace(sukha) in your yoga practice as you consciously work in the pose.

  • E komo mai to a multi level vinyasa flow class. After warming up the whole body, our goal is to strengthen and gain flexibility through focused movement: hip flexion, hip extension, spinal twist, balance and external femur rotation. Intentionally cueing variations and modifications to your ability, Elise encourages you to listen to and meet yourself where you are Right Now.

    Class 2 : Restore balance and harmonize with the rhythms of nature. Explore how your dosha is affected by the seasons and how to adjust your diet and lifestyle to boost your digestion and augment your health.

    Class 3 : Cooking class! Have fun learning how to cook two of the most healing and cleansing staples of the Ayurvedic diet. Kitchari and Ghee. Nourishing Ayurvedic meal included.

    Class 4 : Design a personal daily ritual that reduces stress, eases restless thoughts and supports mental clarity. Learn a simple meditation practice to include in your daily routine.
