An inward journey. Experience and cultivate the balance between sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) in your asanas. The first half of the class develops strength, flexibility and alignment. The second half is dedicated to a supportive practice of surrendering the effort and allowing the body to release to the body's wisdom.

Through proper alignment, learn how to balance strength and flexibility in all your asanas. With Radhe's encouragement, learn how to cultivate the confidence of what is best for your body. As one of her student's said "Just because you don't look a certain way doesn't mean you aren't doing it correctly". Experience in depth cueing, core strengthening and spinal alignment in all of your postures. Using the power of the breath, find the steadiness(sthira) and grace(sukha) in your yoga practice as you consciously work in the pose.

This is a moderately-paced, one-hour flow class linking breath with movement and welcomes all levels. The class will focus on mindful movement, breath, balance, and mobility to support the body and balance the mind. Expect steady pacing, clear instruction, and time to settle into each pose.
