About Ann
Ann has called the Big Island home since 1970. Deeply connected to the land and spirit of Hawai‘i, she brings over two decades of experience and a grounded presence to her healing work.
Professionally trained in medical massage at the Hawaiian Islands School of Body Therapy, Ann has developed a practice rooted in skill, intuition, and deep listening to the body. She specializes in an integrative approach, blending modalities such as Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, and Joint Mobilization.
She loves working with the fascial system. Through gentle yet intentional touch, she helps unwind patterns of tension, restoring freedom of movement and a deeper sense of ease. Her work honors the body’s inherent capacity to heal itself.
Her sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet each person’s unique needs—whether one seeks profound relaxation or focused therapeutic treatment. Ann’s touch supports the body’s natural ability to unwind, restore, and return to balance.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Ann can often be found creating mosaic art, cooking, gardening, playing with her rabbits, or enjoying time in nature. She is a lifelong learner and is deeply interested in consciousness and human development.
