An inward journey. Experience and cultivate the balance between sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) in your asanas. The first half of the class develops strength, flexibility and alignment. The second half is dedicated to a supportive practice of surrendering the effort and allowing the body to release to the body's wisdom. Includes a short meditation.
